Timber Frame Plans

Chris has been working on timber frame plans for an addition to a post and beam home in southern New Hampshire. He just finished a custom perspective plan showing the timber frame inside the home, which our clients have found most useful in visualizing their new home addition.

The addition will be attached to the rear of the existing home. A lean-to porch provides a covered entry into the basement as well as outside storage for wood, with additional wood storage in the basement.

The first floor will have a new office and music studio and two additional bedrooms on the second floor to accommodate our clients’ growing family.

Construction drawings have been sent to the client with the anticipation of starting construction this fall.
